Its Cyprus company is licensed by CySEC and its UK company by the FCA (for professional clients only), but most international clients are served by offshore companies in Seychelles, the British Virgin Islands and Curaçao, which offer very high leverage. Regulators in Argentina and Oman have issued alerts saying Exness isn't authorised in their countries.
